概 要-norotateで表示が反転してる。
詳 細Running these games with -norotate does not output the display as the machines did. Instead they look like they have -flipy applied (mirrored upside down).
再現手順1. Run any of the affected sets with -norotate. This is supposed to produce the correct native/raw/pure display output for use with a real CRT.
追加情報I also ran all of these with -norotate -noror -norol -noautoror -noautorol -noflipx -noflipy just to be real sure nothing was turned on somehow. Dip switches for Cabinet were set to "Upright" too.

First image below is of Star Trek.
Second image is Tac/scan, but please note here that it appears the rotation of the image is correct (it's a vertical game), it is just inverted, and you can see the letters are backwards. The rotation could be off too, I don't know what Sega was doing as standard at the time (CW or CCW?).

EDIT: Added a 3rd image showing the artwork is also flipped.
