Unused[1&2] control "Computer bowls ball after..."
U1(off) + U2 (off) = 120
U1(on) + U2 (off) = 3
U1(off) + U2 (on) = 4
U1(on) + U2 (on) = 5

Unused[3&4] control "For Extended Play Score..."
U3(off) + U4 (off) = Off
U3(on) + U4 (off) = 250
U3(off) + U4 (on) = 275
U3(on) + U4 (on) = 300

Haven't found a use for Unused[5] &/or Unused[6], also noting sound emulation is incomplete, so maybe there's something there. Maybe also Cabinet type (see below).

Haven't found a perfectly clear picture of original hardware, only an oblique view ( https://pbs.twimg.com/media/DsVMidAWwAA4-LC?format=jpg ), but it looks like there are 8 buttons on the Upright cabinet...
- 1P start / 2P start
- Move left / Move right
- Bowl Slow / Bowl Fast
- Hook Left / Hook Right
The two hook buttons have yet to be assigned in MAME.

There appear to have been both Upright & Cocktail cabinets for this game ( https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1975812/mediaviewer/rm1361383936 ), so I assume there'd be a DIP to control 2P screen orientation, but that also has yet to be assigned in MAME. As far as I can tell, none of the unused DIPs seem to control this.
